By using this website, or by starting a conversation through the chat widget on it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer.
2. Our Service
Amazon Resale Training Career Launchpad, operated by Sekou Soumano, provides training, coaching, and related educational content for people who want to start or grow a business reselling products on Amazon. This can include instructional material, one to one and group coaching, written procedures, and assistance recruiting and training remote staff to carry out tasks inside a customer's business.
Starting a chat or sending us an enquiry is a request for information. It does not create a contract for training, and it is not a purchase. Availability, pricing, and program content may change at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use this website or our services. You must only submit a phone number that you own or are authorised to use, and the information you give us must be accurate.
4. No Earnings Guarantee
Nothing on this website is a guarantee of employment, income, or specific results. Outcomes depend on your capital, effort, experience, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Any figures mentioned are illustrative, not promises. Reselling on Amazon involves buying inventory with your own money, and there is a real possibility of losing some or all of it. 5. Communication Consent
The chat widget on our website is the only place we collect mobile phone numbers and SMS consent. It includes one optional SMS consent checkbox, which is not pre-selected. Checking it consents to SMS messages about your enquiry, account, appointment scheduling, reminders and follow-up. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at support@amazonresaletraining.com. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile information and SMS consent will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Additional points that apply to our text messages:
- Opt out keywords we recognise are STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.
- Help keywords are HELP, INFO, and SUPPORT.
- After you opt out we send one confirmation message and then stop. You can opt back in at any time by replying START or by starting a new chat on our website.
- Opting out of text messages does not withdraw consent to be contacted by phone or email. To stop those as well, email us.
6. Fees and Payment
Fees for our paid programs are explained to you directly before you enrol. The specific terms of your purchase, including any payment plan, refund terms, or guarantee, are set out in the separate agreement you sign at that time, and that agreement governs your purchase. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a statement of price.
7. Intellectual Property
All training materials, videos, templates, written procedures, and content are our intellectual property and are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them. Program access is granted to you personally and may not be transferred or shared.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the site lawfully, and not to interfere with its operation or security. You must only submit a phone number that you own or are authorised to use. You are responsible for your own compliance with Amazon's terms of service and seller policies.
9. Not Affiliated With Amazon
Amazon Resale Training Career Launchpad is an independent business operated by Sekou Soumano. Despite the name, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected in any way with Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. Trademarks and product names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or losses on inventory, arising from your use of the site or our training. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
